| Two Gilmer County residents were arrested Thursday and incarcerated in Central Regional Jail.
Michael Anthony Puffenbarger, 23, was charged with grand larceny, breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Samantha Nicole Decker, 28, was changed with grand larceny, entering and conspiracy.
Clay County authorities arrested Wanda J. Coulter, 31, charging her with grand larceny. |
