| Thomas Jefferson Collins, 56, of Grantsville, WV passed away on August 29, 2021.
Thomas was born on September 25, 1964, in Mount Vernon, Ohio to the late Samuel and Rosalie Collins.
He was married to Cassandra Collins of Grantsville on September 7, 2002. They have been together since 1984.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Samuel Collins Jr. and two infant siblings.
He is survived by his wife Cassandra Collins of Grantsville, WV, sons, Adam Jefferson Collins of Grantsville, WV, Thomas Gene Collins of Grantsville, WV, Allie Campbell of Grantsville, WV, and Raymond Campbell of Grantsville, WV, he has several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sisters Cindy Collins of Ivydale and Betty Starcher of Grantsville; his brothers Roy Collins of Belpre, Michael Collins, William Collins, and Uncle Harry Selmon of Ravenwood, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Grantsville, WV on September 3 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Alfred Hickman officiating.
