CLAY AUTHORITIES ARREST TWO TUESDAY (09/01/2021) Clay County authorities arrested Billy Ray Truman, 71, charging him with wanton endangerment. They also arrested Trenton Dale Marks, 26, convicted for B&E. They are in Central Regional Jail.
