A driver lost control of her vehicle on Phillips Run (Rt. 16) just south of Grantsville at 11:25 a.m. Thursday.
The vehicle plunged into Phillips Run (Bear Run), the victim was rescued by the Grantsville VFD.
She was taken to Minnie Hamilton Health System.
