Clay authorities arrested Jason Alan Spencer, 46, charging him wth incest, sexual assault 2nd degree and sex abuse by parent/guardian, person of trust.

They also arrested Charles Edward Shaffer, Jr., 42, on a capias warrant.

Roane authorities arrested Lucas Seth Hamilton,32, for probation violation.
