| Roane County authorities arrested three Friday.
Shelby Jean Fetty, 38, was charged with possession with intent to deliver meth/marijuana, child neglect with risk of injury and conspiracy.
Ernest Lee Higgins, Jr., 35, charged with child neglect with risk of injury, driving suspended, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy.
Amy Nicole Barr, 40, charged with possession of meth, petit larceny and indecent exposure.
Calhoun authorities arrested Nathaniel Austin Keener, 19, with home confinement violation.
