| Gary Lee Nicholson, 53, was sentenced Wednesday in Calhoun Circuit Court and was incarcerated in Central Regional Jail.
Nicholson had been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy and a person prohibited with a firearm.
Gilmer authorities arrested Issac Darrell Sartin, 24, charging him with fraudulent schemes.
