| Roane authorities arrested two individuals Friday.
Alan Keith Hoover, 33, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy. Bond set at $50,000 cash.
Kathy Ann Bosley, 48, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy.
They are in Central Regional Jail. |
