EARLIER QUARANTINING REPORT NOT ACCURATE
Calhoun school superintendent Kelli Whytsell said Wednesday to be transparent with the community and respect the privacy of our employees and students, "We want to inform you that Calhoun County Schools has had some employees and some middle/high school students that are being quarantined due to possible exposure." Â
"As soon as we were notified of the positive students, we started contact tracing and contacting involved students and staff," she said.
"We are in touch with the MOVHD and will be following the health department's guidance."
