West Virginia health officials confirmed three new COVID-19 deaths in the state and 150 new positive cases over the past 24 hours.
It appears that Calhoun has four new cases since last Friday.
It appears state officials have discontinued the weekend report.
The latest deaths bring the stateâs pandemic death toll to 2,775, including a 66-year-old man from Clay County.
The DHHR reported Monday there were 5,499 active cases.
The daily positive test rate increased from 3.53% Friday to 4.74% in Mondayâs update, while the overall positive test rate remained at 5.11%.
As of data from Friday, there were 218 hospitalizations from the virus, including 78 people in intensive care and 30 on ventilators.
There have been 661,347 people in the state become fully vaccinated. There have been 152,080 recoveries from the virus since the start of the pandemic.
