REGIONAL ARRESTS (04/10/2021) Clay County authorities arrested George Franklin Cason, 52, charging him with DUI-3rd Offense. Roane authorities arrested Loretta Lynn Casto, 35, charging her with trespassing and obstructing an officer. They are in Central Regional Jail.
