The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources confirmed 276 new COVID-19 cases and six additional deaths in its report on Monday.

The report from the DHHR stated that as of 10 a.m. on Monday, March 22, there have been a total of 2,364,411 (+4,715) laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 138,102 (+276) total cases and 2,612 (+6) of those cases resulting in deaths.
According to the DHHRâs COVID-19 dashboard, there are currently 5,600 (+86) active cases and 129,892 (+186) recovered cases in the state.

According to the dashboard, as of Monday morning, 441,903 (+616) first doses of the vaccine have been administered, and 267,927 (+407) people have been fully vaccinated.
