The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources confirmed 346 new COVID-19 cases and six additional death in its report on Saturday.

The report from the DHHR stated that as of 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, there have been a total of 2,167,906 (+9,996) laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 131,580 (+346) total cases and 2,297 (+6) of those cases resulting in deaths
According to the DHHRâs COVID-19 dashboard, there are currently 7,486 (-314) active cases and 121,797 (+654) recovered cases in the state.

According to the dashboard, as of Saturday morning, 296,693 (+11,039) first doses of the vaccine have been administered, and 194,412 (+10,875) people have been fully vaccinated.
