| Gilmer County authorities arrested James Lewis Smith, Jr., 27, charging him with multiple violations Wednesday.
He is charged with interfering with emergency communications, child abuse creating risk of injury, domestic assault and battery.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000.
Clay authorities arrested Ryan David Jarvis, 31, incarcerating him for home confinement violation. |
