| Saturday Calhoun is out of COVID-19 red with Gov. Jim Justice ordering WV Schools to return to in-person schooling, apparently directed toward high schools.
At least four counties adjacent to Calhoun are still in red, but will apparently be returning to in-person schooling on January 19.
But it appears there could be exceptions. |
