Cicily Rachelle Ullum (Sis), 39, of Decatur, Georgia left us to join her Saviour Jesus Christ on December 9, 2020.
She was born on August 10, 1981, in Parkersburg, WV, the daughter of Sheree Ullum and the late Thomas Carlton Ullum.
Cicily was a graduate of Calhoun County High School and was a member of the National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta. She went on to attend West Virginia University at Parkersburg and obtained a Degree in Nursing.
Cicily is survived by her children, Kyla Lacole Raber of Washington WV, Janissa Dove Hayes, of Fairmont WV and Jackson Thomas Ullum of Decatur GA.
She is also survived by her mother, Sheree Dove Ullum, of Decatur, and her aunt and uncles which include Harold Cain Ullum âDickâ and Alice Ann Ullum of Grantsville WV; Sarita Carlene Samad and Ali Samad of Alpharetta GA and Carl Tidwell of Decatur; her cousins, Sara and Mike Stalnaker and their children Brandon, Andrew, and Matthew and Samara Samad.
Cicily had a lively personality that could light up a room and had many friends as she was easy going and loved people. She was loved very much by her family and will be sorely missed.
She was very giving and went out of her way to help others, often giving or requesting assistance for people she met along the way. She was a waitress during the last few years and enjoyed this job as she liked connecting with people. She loved animals and especially loved her dog Max and her rescue cat, Tiger. Her hobbies included cooking and she loved to make good food and feed people, always enjoying the company of friends. She also enjoyed traveling and loved visiting new places and seeing new things.
Cicily was an avid supporter of animals and we feel Cicily would be pleased if any remembrance would be donated to the Welfare of Animals [WAG] of Calhoun County at 65 Stocking Run Rd, Big Bend, WV, 26136 as she belonged to this organization.
A memorial service will be held in Grantsville, WV at a later date.
