| Gilmer authorities arrested two people Monday.
Ashley Reanah Brady, 39, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, petit larceny, obstructing an officer and conspiracy.
Kyle Thomas Neyer, 38, was charged with contributing to the deliquency of a minor, petit larceny and conspiracy.
They are in Central Regional Jail.
