| Frederick "Pappy Fred" L. Maxwell, age 79, of Mentor, passed away December 5, 2020. He was born in Glenville WV, on October 27, 1941, to the late Albert and Eva Maxwell.
He was a proud and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Fred proudly served in the United States Air Force.
Fred is survived by sons Terry Hodges, Anthony (Debbie) Maxwell, grandchildren Jacob Hodges, Brandon Maxwell, Toni Maxwell, Michael Maxwell, and Nikki Maxwell, great-grandchildren Hayden, Brianna, and John, and siblings Louella Stalnaker, Mary Ann Radabaugh, and Willis âJackâ Maxwell.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 39 years, Donna Maxwell (nee Clayton), son Gerald âLeonâ Maxwell and siblings Janice Maxwell-Martin and Albert Maxwell.
Visitation was held Friday, December 11, 2020 at Monreal Srnick Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake.
A second visitation was held Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Ellyson Mortuary, 2 Vanhorn Dr, Glenville WV. Fred will be laid to rest at Job's Temple Cemetery in Glenville WV. |
