Riley Keaton, 23 year old, of Spencer WV, newly elected
to the West Virginia House of Delegates, was sworn-in,
and took his oath of office yesterday in Charleston
Young Keaton, will serve District 11, representing
Roane and Southern Jackson Counties, was sworn-in
by Delegate Clerk, Steve Harrison. Keatons's ma-
ternal grandmother, Sharon Stewart holds the Bible
