| Donald Owens Romine, 77, of Reedy WV, died Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Cornerstone Hospital of Huntington, from injuries received in an ATV accident on August 13 near Reedy.
He was born August 31, 1943, at Zona, Roane County, the son of the late Clellie Owens and Elsie Marie Jones Romine.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Leslie Fields; two sisters, Maxine Truman and Clelene Harper.
Donald was a farmer and stockman. He was a lifelong resident of Roane County.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Linda L. Fore Romine of Reedy; daughters, Lisa (Mike) Beaver of New Matamoras, Ohio and Dawnna (Toby) Rhodes of Reedy; sons, Randy (Nicky) Romine of Reedy, Samuel (Ashley) Romine of Elizabeth and Nathan Romine also of Reedy; 11 grandchildren, Ian Fields, K.T. Kelly, Jerrica, Justus and Josie Rhodes, Morgan and Scott Romine, Chloe, Gus and Wyatt Romine, Chelsea Romine; four great grandchildren, Baily and Callie Kelly, Jacob and Jaylee Bunner; three sisters, Rita Bailey of Reedy, Garnet Casto of Cincinnati, Ohio and Goldie Casto of Spencer.
The Romine family has honored his request for cremation.
