| Multiple Calhoun and Wirt County authorities responded to an incident in the Munday Road area about 10:30 a.m. Saturday, a woman saying her husband or partner was threatening to kill her.
The woman said the armed man left the house with the family dog, threatening to return and kill her.
A report said the man went to a bank to close out an account, and reports indicated he was taken into custody, but not confirmed.
