They also arrested James Edward Neal, Jr., 28, for fleeing with reckless indifference and a traffic offense; Joseph Lee Moore, 40, convicted for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; Jerri Lynn Harlow, 32, for probation violation, and James Kenneth Eder, 63, for driving revoked DUI.
Roane authorities arrested Adam Trevor Salisbury, 37, charging him with domestic battery.
