She was charged DUI-2nd offense and expired MVI inspection.
She is in Central Regional Jail.
Roane County authorities arrested Christopher Shane Fouraker, 53, Saturday.
He was charged with DUI, driving revoked for DUI, no insurance, and operating an ATV on a centerline road.
He is in Central Regional Jail.
