He was arrested for grand larceny, conspiracy and receiving and transferring stolen property.
His bond was set at $15,000.
Gilmer authorities arrested Timothy Alan Furr, 51, Thursday.
He was charged with obstructing an officer and driving revoked DUI-3rd.
His bond has been set at $10,000.
