| Esther Lee Rubiro, 80, of Spencer, died Monday, October 12, 2020, at Roane General Hospital, Spencer.
She was born May 30, 1940 at Vienna, Va., the daughter of the late Granville Files and the late Charme Mavis Shipper Files.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Forrest Horner.
Ms. Rubiro was a retired seamstress.
Survivors include two sons, Tony Horner of Martinsburg and Waldon Rubiro of Berkeley Springs; two sisters, Ellen Files and Doris (Douglas) Stotler; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, was in charge of arrangements.
