| Willard E. "Smiley" Deuley, 84, of Walker, WV, went home to be with our Lord on Oct. 5, 2020, surrounded by his family at home. He was born June 29, 1936, in Calhoun County, WV, a son of the late George Deuley and the late Della May Richards Deuley.
Willard retired from Criss Concrete in 1994 with 30 years of service. Surviving him are his children; Barbara Deuley, Beverly Goodnight, Donald Deuley, Casey (Todd) Cline all of Parkersburg, WV, his loving companion; Loretta Matheny, grandchildren; Jason Varner, Jeremy Varner, Cindy Morris, Joshua Goodnight, Katie Copeland, Courtney Cline, Teonna Cline, great grandchildren; Jaron, Jonah, Jenson, Alayna, Landon, Emily, Reagan, Hannah Varner, Hunter Nestor, Aiyanna Goodnight, and his brother; Dale (Sally) Deuley.
Willard was preceded in death by his parents; George and Della Deuley, his wife; Lois Angela Deuley, brothers; Franklin and Bobby Deuley, sisters; Bernice Deuley, and Martha Dawson.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2020, from 5-8 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dobby Thrash officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. |
