| The Calhoun Sheriffs Department and the West Virginia State Police responded to the Walker-Hunt Road area for a man wanted on warrants riding a motorcycle.
The man abandoned his motorcycle and fled, with authorities searching for him.
Former sheriff Carl Ballengee responded to the scene with his police dog to be used in the search.
The motorcycle was removed from the yard of a relative.
Police also discovered a stolen vehicle in the area.
The Walker-Hunt Road area is near the Clay County line.
