| Gilmer County authorities arrested Elijah Gale Clark, 41, Monday, charging him with fraud procurement of utilities, unlawful taking vehicle, tampering with motor vehicle and operating an open dump. Bond set at $9,000.
Also arrested in Gilmer was Mary Amanda Whipkey, 64, charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $4,000.
They are in Central Regional Jail. |
