REGIONAL ARRESTS (08/16/2020) Gilmer County officials arrested Casey Andrew Collins, 31, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Steven Deland Newcomb, 22, was arrested by Roane authorities for driving suspended, 3rd offense. They are in Central Regional Jail.
