| Calhoun authorities arrested James Scott Starcher, 33, Tuesday, incarcerating him in Central Regional Jail.
He is charged with domestic assault, 1st and 2nd, related to threats and domestic battery.
His bond is set at $10,000 cash.
Clay County authorities made two arrests Tuesday.
Charles Allen Shaffer II, 39, was charged with breaking and entering and John Richard Mosley, 40, was failure to register as a sex offender. They are in Central Regional Jail.
Braxton authorities arrested Thomas Flynn Jones, 56, probation violation; Heather Rena Utt, 31, and Douglas Lee Ott, 46, were incarcerated for probation violation.
