Attention children of Calhoun County! We are holding a poster contest to decide on our NEW MASCOT for Cabot Station Recycling Center. Create a poster with your own unique idea of what our new mascot could be! Your mascot can just be drawn or you could add recyclables to your poster for even more flare! Write Name, grade, age, address and phone number on back of poster.
Recyclables you can use on your poster are plastic, shredded paper steel and aluminum cans, electronics,
batteries, foil, cardboard, pop bottle lids GET CREATIVE!
Please have your poster turned in by July 30th 2020 to Mrs. Kristie Ritchie or dropped off at the Cabot Recycling Station to Lisa Cooper from 8a.m.-4p.m. Monday through Friday. We are excited to see what great ideas you have for our new mascot!
Winners will be voted for on July 31st. The winner gets buckets of ice cream that stacks to their height. The ice cream is donated by Grantsville Foodland, whom we thank for their support.
1st place gets ice the cream 2nd & 3rd place winners will receive ribbons.
