The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources confirmed 86 new cases of COVID-19 in the state in its evening report on Monday.
A total of 107 new cases were reported for Monday.
The DHHRâs report stated that as of 5 p.m. on Monday, July 6, there have been a total of 188,875 laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 3,442 total cases and 95 of those cases resulting in deaths.
According to the DHHRâs website, there are currently 829 active cases and 2,518 recovered cases in the state.
