| Roane County authorities arrested Chance Justice Cochran, 24, Sunday and charged him with driving DUI-3rd.
Arrested in Roane County Sunday was Theron Shelby-Cota Davis, 25, charged with person prohibited with firearm.
They are in Central Regional Jail. |
