CALHOUN AUTHORITIES ARREST SKAGGS WITH STOLEN VEHICLE, FLEEING - Roane Woman Charged With Strangulation, Battery
Calhoun authorities arrested a man on multiple charges Friday.
Justin Ray Skaggs, 32, was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, fleeing with reckless indifference and a felon in possession of a firearm.
He is in Central Regional Jail.
Roane authorities arrested Brandy Nicole Truman, 32, Friday.
She is charged with strangulation, domestic assault and battery.
She is in Central Regional Jail.
