MOUNTAINEER FOOD BANK PROVIDING MEALS TO CHILDREN DURING SUMMER - Calhoun's FRN/Thrift Store (06/19/2020) Mountaineer Food Bank announces their sponsorship of the federally funded Summer Food Service Program. Lunch is open to all children, ages 18 years and under, who would like to participate. Meals will be served at the following sites: Calhoun County FRN Thrift Store (br) 408 Main Street Meals will be provided from 11:00 to 1:00 starting June 1, 2020 and ending on August 7, 2020. A nutritious meal is important for children to learn, play and remain active during the summer months. Remember, Hunger Doesn’t Take a Summer Vacation.
