Last week the WVDHS and the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department said that a third case of COVID-19 had tested positive in Calhoun and was briefly listed as a case.
Calhoun Commissioner Chip Westfall, who is also a member of the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department board, said the case was listed as a positive to the health department but was followed with two negative tests.
"They were determined to not be infectious and not a true case. That is why the three cases were dropped to two." said Westfall.
