PM TUESDAY: 18 NEW COVID-19 CASES IN WV

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources confirmed 18 new cases of COVID-19 in West Virginia Tuesday.

The report from the DHHR stated that as of 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, there have been a total of 117,075 laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 2,179 total cases and 84 of those cases resulting in deaths.

According to the DHHR’s website, there are currently 613 active cases and 1,482 recovered cases in the state.
