CLAY AUTHORITIES MAKE ARRESTS (06/09/2020) Clay authorities arrested Dustin Allen Conley, 30, and charged him with grand larceny. They also arrested Rick Junior Bishop, 60, for probation violation. They are in Central Regional Jail.
