| Catherine Michelle "Cathy" Fought of Elizabeth WV, died June 3, 2020.
She was the daughter of the late Louie and Kay Villers Fought. Born March 11, 1974, she attended Wirt County High School, getting her GED in 1994. Cathy worked at Go Mart in Belpre, Ohio, and attended Big Island Run Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, John and Brian Talkington; her grandparents Dick and Helen Villers and Howard and Ann Fought; an uncle Donnie Fought; aunts Vidabelle Buchanan, Sandy Joy, and Beverly Miller.
She is survived by her brother Matthew Fought; her life partner Bruce Bennett; daughters Shasta and Theresa Bennett; uncles Mike (Brenda) Villers, Richie Fought; aunts Judy (Dan) Wilson, Eleanor Thomas and Susie Javins and several cousins. She enjoyed playing Mine Craft and gardening.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. at Matheny Whited Funeral Home in Elizabeth, WV. Services will be Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Matheny Whited Funeral Home with Rev. Wade Hunt presiding. Interment will be at K of P Cemetery in Elizabeth, WV. |
