A Calhoun woman, Samantha Starcher, is Calhoun's first graduate of the Roane-Calhoun Adult Drug Court, with a number of officials, family members and guests attending a ceremony Friday at the Arnoldsburg Community Park.
Starcher has 18 months being clean and sober, completing multiple hours of community service, active in recovery groups, and helping others.
