Channelle Shardae Cottrell, 29, was arrested Monday and incarcerated by the Calhoun Sheriffs Department for the violation of her home confinement.
Cottrell had been sentenced in Calhoun to five years home confinement for her conviction of "Harboring, Concealing, Maintaining, or Assisting Principal Felon After the Fact," a felony, related to the shooting of Joshua Hardman on Back Fork by Jason McVey on March 4, 2018.
The Calhoun court had sentenced Jason McVey to two to ten years in the state penitentiary for the Malicious Assault of Joshua Hardman.
