Health officials confirmed 24 new coronavirus cases Saturday evening in West Virginia, daily total spiking up as the state is reopening.
The stateâs total of cases now sits at 1,347, according to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. In total, 24 new cases were added Saturday.
The stateâs death toll stands at 53 after the coronavirus-related death of a Kanawha County man was reported Saturday morning.
