| Clay County authorities made three arrests Thursday.
Ryan David Jarvis, 31, was charged with burglary, bond set at $35,000.
Johnny Ray Cottrell, 49,of Clay, was picked up for a home confinement violation.
Lalita Shay Jarvis-Nelson, 29, of Clay, was taken into custody regarding a bail-piece.
All are in Central Regional Jail.
