| An Otto Road, Roane County man, Justin Lee Hardway, 27, has been sentenced by a Roane County Circuit Court.
He was sentenced 1-5 years in state penitentiary for conspiring to receive and transfer stolen property.
Hardway was also sentenced 1-3 years for DUI-3rd offense, to be served concurrently, but after he completes another sentence for violating his parole for driving with reckless indifference. |
