Calhoun County Schools will do another food distribution on Friday, April 3 from 11:00-2:00 at CMHS.
The pick up drive through style will be exactly like the last distribution.
Parents/ caregivers will need to bring a cooler, distributing some frozen food. The distribution will be at CMHS and will utilize the front loop. Please be patient during the distribution.
Do NOT get out of your car someone will bring the food to your car and load it for you. Children do not need to be present and any child 18 and younger is eligible.
This will be another 5 day distribution for the week of April 6-10.
This distribution also includes personal care items and books provided by Save the Children, a partnership gives generous donations.
Superintendent Kelli Whytsell said,
"I would also like to thank all the administrators and employees volunteers that helped with the last distribution. We passed out 720 bags of 5 day meals for a total of 7200 meals. I am very thankful to work with such a caring staff. They truly love each of our students."
