CALHOUN CLERK SIMERS SAYS VOTERS CAN GET ABSENTEE BALLOT - All West Virginia Voters Will Be Mailed Absentee Voter Applications (03/28/2020) 3/27/2020 - Secretary of State’s Office has now sent voters absentee ballot applications to every registered voter in the Mountain State. 3/15/2020 - West Virginia has not decided to postpone the Primary Election. "Planning ahead for the May 12, 2020 Primary Election we are encouraging individuals who do not want to vote in person to request an absentee ballot application," according to Calhoun Clerk Jean Simers.
