| Roland Griffin, 61, of Grantsville, WV passed away peacefully on March 4, 2020 at his home.
He was born October 29, 1958 in Perthamboy, NJ to the late Robert and Ethel Richards Griffin.
He was a Master Carpenter, book enthusiast, crossword puzzle buff and talented guitar player who loved reading and studying the Bible.
He is survived by three daughters residing in New Jersey, Jenna Griffin Deacon, Melissa Griffin and Michelle Griffin who has a child named Alfonso Fazzolari, Roland's first grandson.
Roland comes from a fairly large family who includes his dearest brothers Roger, George, Peter and sisters Shirley and Dorothy Griffin.
Siblings who he reunited with in heaven are Sandy, Gary, Jimmy and Kathy. His mother and father are also in heaven Ethel and James.
Special thanks to Roger Griffin, Crystal Monast (his niece), John Richards (his nephew), Lee Vargas (his nephew) for being the caretakers and making Roland feel comfortable during his times of weakness. This is not a goodbye but a see you later, Dad. Love you.
No public service will be held at this time. Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Grantsville, WV has been entrusted with Roland's final arrangements.
