| Braxton County officials arrested a man on felony charges Monday.
Dusten Brice Stewart, 29, was charged with possession of explosive device.
He is in Central Regional Jail.
Another Braxton man was incarcerated Monday.
Blake David Edinger, 27, was charged with child neglect creating risk of serious injury or death. His bond is $10,000 cash.
