Residents who have received property damage to homes or businesses in Calhoun from the flood or ice storm should report the damage now.
Gov. Wise has declared most counties in the state part of the disaster and will be seeking federal relief.
"It is essential for county residents to call 354-9271 and report the losses," said Bill Stemple, OES Director, who is building a case for disaster assistance. "We must have enough damage to quality." he said.
Stemple said to give a general description of the damage, name, address and phone number.
