Clay authorities arrested Joe Bradley Stone, 40, Tuesday and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail.
He is charged with battery on an officer, fleeing, fleeing in vehicle and obstructing.
Bond is set at $12,400.
Roane authorities incarcerated Rhea Donna Drake-Stickel, 29, incarcerating her in Central Regional Jail on a capias warrant.
